All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If we cannot fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase:
- We will fulfill the available items.
- For out-of-stock items, we will contact you to confirm whether you’d prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- Payment: Shipping fees will be collected at the time of purchase.
- Final Price: The price displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost, with no hidden fees.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund as store credit for future purchases. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
Note: We refund the value of the returned items only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Return Shipping: Customers must prepay return shipping costs, which we will reimburse upon approval of the warranty claim.
- Processing Time: Warranty claims are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Upon confirmation of a warranty claim, you can choose one of the following:
- A refund to your original payment method.
- Store credit for future purchases.
- A replacement item (if stock is available).
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments typically take 2–7 business days in transit.
4.2 International Transit Time
International shipments typically take 4–22 business days, depending on the courier selected during checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (excluding national holidays). Delays caused by holidays will be minimized as much as possible.
4.4 Address Changes
You may request a change to your delivery address before your order is dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only. Courier services are unavailable for these addresses.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are unavailable for military addresses.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock:
- We will cancel and refund the unavailable item(s).
- The remaining order will be dispatched as scheduled.
4.8 Delivery Delays
If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time, based on updates provided by the shipping carrier.
6. Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel is damaged during transit:
- Upon Delivery: Reject the parcel from the courier and contact us immediately.
- After Delivery: If the parcel was delivered while you were not present, please contact us with photos and details so we can assist further.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is already included in the price of items displayed on our Website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes will be prepaid—no additional fees will be required upon delivery to the destination country.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
- If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
9. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value provided by the courier.
9.1 Damaged Parcels
We will issue a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
9.2 Lost Parcels
If a parcel is deemed lost after an investigation by the courier, we will issue a refund or replacement.
