📜 Our Roots:
Shaolin Temple, established in 495 A.D., is the birthplace of Chan Buddhism and the cradle of Shaolin Kung Fu. Under the leadership of Abbot Shi Yongxin, the temple has preserved and elevated its ancient treasures, such as Yijinjing (Change of the Sinews) and Xisuijing (Bone Marrow Cleansing), for the benefit of humanity.

Abbot Shi Yongxin, the 30th-generation abbot of the Songshan Shaolin Temple, has been a visionary leader in making Shaolin’s timeless teachings accessible to the modern world. Often called the "CEO Monk," Abbot Shi Yongxin has spearheaded efforts to modernize and globalize Shaolin culture, while remaining true to its spiritual and cultural roots. His leadership has helped bring Shaolin’s practices into new spaces and industries, bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and contemporary needs.
